The Florida First Time Driver Drug & Alcohol course (also known as the DATA course) is required by the Florida DHSMV for all first-time drivers before they can obtain a Learner's Permit. This 4-hour online course covers the dangers of alcohol and drugs while driving, Florida traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
